Terms Used In North Dakota Code 47-04-26

  • Grantor: The person who establishes a trust and places property into it.
  • Property: includes property, real and personal. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49
  • Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.

1.    Of warranty; 2.    For quiet enjoyment; 3.    For further assurance on the part of a grantor; or

4.    For the payment of rent, taxes, or assessments upon the land on the part of a grantee.
