Terms Used In North Dakota Code 51-28-03

  • Organization: includes a foreign or domestic association, business trust, corporation, enterprise, estate, joint venture, limited liability company, limited liability partnership, limited partnership, partnership, trust, or any legal or commercial entity. See North Dakota Code 1-01-49

1.    The name of the business, firm, organization, association, partnership, or entity for which the message is being made; 2.    The purpose of the message; 3.    The identity or kinds of goods or services the message is promoting; and

4.    If applicable, the fact that the message intends to solicit payment or commitment of funds.
