The educational program of a college-preparatory boarding school established under this chapter shall include at least all of the following:

(A) A remedial curriculum for students in grades lower than grade nine;

(B) A college-preparatory curriculum for high school students that, at a minimum, shall comply with sections 3313.603 and 3313.6027 of the Revised Code as that section applies to school districts;

(C) Extracurricular activities, including athletic and cultural activities;

(D) College admission counseling;

(E) Health and mental health services;

(F) Tutoring services;

(G) Community services opportunities;

(H) A residential student life program.
