No person, company, association, or corporation shall fail to make the report required in section 3905.36 of the Revised Code and to furnish all the information that is required to determine the amount due under that section.
Terms Used In Ohio Code 3905.37
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Person: means an individual or a business entity. See Ohio Code 3905.01
