(A) A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section 4731.861 or 4731.864 of the Revised Code shall be entitled to:

- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
- Plaintiff: The person who files the complaint in a civil lawsuit.
(1) Reasonable attorney’s fees; and
(2) Either of the following:
(a) Compensatory and punitive damages;
(b) Liquidated damages of ten thousand dollars.
(B) A plaintiff who prevails in an action under section 4731.861 of the Revised Code is also entitled to reimbursement for the cost of the assisted reproduction procedure.
