In addition to any other name prescribed by the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of interstate route number seventy, between mile marker one hundred thirty-two and mile marker one hundred thirty-three, in Licking county only, shall be known as the “SFC Ron Rosser Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway.”
