§ 85. Investment of trust funds by guardian. A guardian holding funds for investment has the powers provided by § 21 of the personal property law and must not invest the funds in any other securities or manner.

- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
