§ 3108. Payment of salaries. No teacher or other employee of any board of education shall be requested or required to make, execute and deliver a general release or waiver as a condition prerequisite to the payment of any salary, compensation or other emolument to which he is entitled; and no board of education shall deprive any such teacher or other employee of the whole or any part of such salary, compensation or other emolument for refusing to make, execute and deliver a general release.
