§ 209-n. Continuance of rules and regulations. Upon the transfer pursuant to section two hundred nine-d of this Article -A of the public authorities law to the office as prescribed by section two hundred nine-d of this article, except as otherwise provided in section two hundred nine-f of this article, all rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the science and technology foundation, pertaining to the functions transferred and assigned by this article to the office in force at the time of such transfer, assignment, assumption or devolution shall continue in force and effect as rules, regulations, acts, determinations and decisions of the office until duly modified or repealed.
