§ 221. Compilation of approved plans; estimated costs. Not later than the twenty-eighth day of February each year, the commissioner shall compile all approved plans and estimate the probable cost of each approved project, the probable amount of state aid to be allocated to each approved project under section two hundred twenty-seven of this article, the aggregate cost of all approved projects and the aggregate amount of all state aid for approved projects in the state.
