§ 710. Public records and proceedings. Subject to rules and regulations to be made by the board consistent with Article 6 of the public officers law, the complaints, orders and testimony relating to a proceeding instituted by the board under section seven hundred six of this article may be made public records and be made available for inspection or copying. All proceedings pursuant to section seven hundred six of this article shall be open to the public.
Terms Used In N.Y. Labor Law 710
- board: means the public employment relations board created by § 205 of the civil service law, in carrying out its functions under this article. See N.Y. Labor Law 701
- Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
