* § 1698. Submission of purchase order or work contract to successful bidder. After the successful bidder has been determined, the chairman shall place an advertisement as provided by law indicating that all bids submitted on a small business set-aside have been opened and reporting the name and address of the successful bidder. The chairman shall send a purchase order or work contract to the successful bidder no sooner than fourteen days after the appearance of the advertisement announcing the successful bidder.
