Every other judicial officer may, within the county, city, district or precinct in which the judicial officer is chosen:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 1.270
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Statute: A law passed by a legislature.
(1) Exercise the powers mentioned in ORS § 1.260 (1).
(2) Exercise any other power and perform any other duty conferred or imposed upon the judicial officer by statute.
