Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 107.726

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(1) The person is:

(a) The spouse of the respondent;

(b) The former spouse of the respondent; or

(c) A person who has been in a sexually intimate relationship with the respondent; and

(2) The respondent is 18 years of age or older. [1993 c.643 § 4]
