If any provision of ORS § 12.410 to 12.480 or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of ORS § 12.410 to 12.480 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 12.410 to 12.480 are severable. [1987 c.536 § 8]
