(1) A person who violates ORS § 146.103 (1) commits a Class A misdemeanor.

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(2) A person who violates ORS § 146.103 (2) or (4), 146.107 (5), or 146.121 (1) commits a Class B misdemeanor.
