The Legislative Fiscal Office Operating Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Legislative Fiscal Office Operating Fund shall be credited to the fund. All moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Legislative Fiscal Officer for the purpose of paying the expenses incurred in the administration of the duties of the Legislative Fiscal Office.
