(1) The statute laws set forth after section 8 of enrolled House Bill No. 2 of the Forty-seventh Legislative Assembly were enacted as law of the State of Oregon, effective December 31, 1953.

(2) The statute laws described in subsection (1) of this section, together with sections compiled in parts bearing the certificate of the Legislative Counsel pursuant to ORS § 171.285, may be cited as Oregon Revised Statutes.
