(1) Upon receiving an employee complaint under ORS § 178.250 or upon request of the Oregon Retirement Savings Board under ORS § 178.205, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries may make inquiries and investigations in the same manner as provided under ORS § 659A.835.
