The Director of the Department of Corrections or the Director of the Oregon Health Authority may require that a superintendent reside in state-provided housing at the institution under the jurisdiction of the superintendent. - Institution: means the institutions designated in ORS § 179. See Oregon Statutes 179.010
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
