Persons transferred to a state institution for persons with mental illness or intellectual disabilities under ORS § 179.473, 179.478 and 420.505 shall be entitled to the same legal rights as any other persons admitted to those institutions. [1977 c.601 § 6; 2007 c.70 § 45; 2011 c.658 § 34]
