The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by rule or order may:
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 18.028
- Judgment: means the concluding decision of a court on one or more requests for relief in one or more actions, as reflected in a judgment document. See Oregon Statutes 18.005
- Supplemental judgment: means a judgment that may be rendered after a general judgment pursuant to a legal authority. See Oregon Statutes 18.005
(1) Authorize or require that specified requests for relief that are not governed by other legal authority be decided by judgment; and
(2) Authorize or require the use of a limited or supplemental judgment for specified requests for relief that are not governed by other legal authority. [2005 c.568 § 3]
