A financial institution shall maintain records of account activity and actions taken by the financial institution in response to a garnishment that are adequate to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of ORS § 18.784 and 18.785 for a period of not less than two years after the financial institution receives the writ of garnishment. [2011 c.733 § 6]
