As part of the preparation of the capital construction estimate submitted to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services pursuant to ORS § 291.224, the Department of Transportation shall prepare, in addition to any amounts budgeted for the Department of Transportation, a budget request for other funds that may be used to facilitate the sharing of offices and other facilities used by the Department of Transportation with the offices and other facilities used by local government. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 184.652
- local government: means all cities, counties and local service districts located in this state, and all administrative subdivisions of those cities, counties and local service districts. See Oregon Statutes 174.116
