Extensions of time for the performance of any act in connection with the preparation of the record may be granted only by the court to which the appeal is made and under such rules as that court may prescribe. [Formerly 19.095]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 19.395
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
