Upon the request of a public body as defined by ORS § 174.109, the State Archivist may perform microfilm services for the public body. The public body shall pay the cost of rendering the microfilm services to the State Archivist. The State Archivist shall deposit moneys received under this section with the State Treasurer, who shall give a receipt for the moneys. All moneys deposited under this section are continuously appropriated for the payment of expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in the administration of the office of the State Archivist.
