Any person authorized by a public body, as defined in ORS § 174.109, to develop energy resources in Oregon’s territorial sea, shall share any geological and geophysical data, including bathymetry, backscatter, seismic reflection and sample data, generated by the person regarding Oregon’s territorial sea floor with the Oregon territorial sea mapping project at Oregon State University.
