(1) Upon request of the Department of Land Conservation and Development, the Housing and Community Services Department shall review the inventory and analysis of housing, and measures taken to address the housing need, required of certain local governments under ORS § 197A.270, 197A.280, 197A.335 or 197A.350. The review shall address the likely effect of measures and housing production strategies developed by a local government on the adequacy of the supply of buildable land and measures to address needed housing.
