A transcript of the record of any instruments duly recorded by the county clerk in any county under the authority of ORS § 205.130 and 205.160 to 205.190, or a photographic or photostatic copy thereof, duly certified by the county clerk, under the seal of office, may be recorded in the office of any county clerk or read in evidence in any court with like force and effect as the original instrument.
