Oregon Statutes 21.259 – Fees not collectible from public bodies
The fees prescribed in ORS § 21.235, and the fees established or authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court under ORS § 21.258, may not be collected from the state, from the county in which the court is located or from a city in the county in which the court is located. [2012 c.48 § 11]
