The Soils Assessment Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the Soils Assessment Fund shall be credited to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Department of Land Conservation and Development to meet the costs of the department to assess soils under and to administer ORS § 215.211. [2010 c.44 § 2]
