Each county in this state shall adopt standards and specifications for clustered mailboxes within the boundaries of county roads and rights-of-way that conform to the standards and specifications for such mailboxes contained in the State of Oregon Structural Specialty Code. [2011 c.488 § 3]
215.606 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 215 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
