The agreements referred to in ORS § 222.530 (5), 222.540 (4) and 222.560 (4) may be entered into between the city and a district prior to and contingent upon the withdrawal of the annexed or incorporated area from the district under the provisions of ORS § 222.524, or they may be made after such withdrawal. [1957 c.401 § 5]
