Insofar as reasonably possible, individuals who hold job-sharing positions shall be entitled to benefits and privileges and suffer detriments under this chapter in proportion to their seniority as adjusted in the proportion that their monthly time employed bears to the monthly time employed by individuals holding full-time positions.
