(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an entity providing support enforcement services under ORS § 25.080 shall have access, using a Social Security number as an identifier, to any record required by law to contain the Social Security number of an individual.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 25.081

  • public body: means state government bodies, local government bodies and special government bodies. See Oregon Statutes 174.109

(2) To the maximum extent feasible, a public body maintaining records described in ORS § 25.785, including automated records, shall make the records accessible by Social Security number for purposes of support enforcement.

(3) For purposes of this section, ‘public body’ has the meaning given that term in ORS § 192.311. [1997 c.746 § 118]
