(1) The administrator may provide support enforcement services as described in ORS § 25.080 only if support rights have been assigned to the state or if a person has provided a written application to the administrator that:

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(a) Is signed by the person; and
(b) Indicates that the person is applying for child support services.
(2) Any support judgment that provides for payment to the Department of Justice under ORS § 25.020 may have an application incorporated in the judgment. [2009 c.352 § 2; 2011 c.318 § 5; 2019 c.291 § 3]
