Unless otherwise provided, a general judgment of dismissal of a judicial proceeding under ORS Chapter 107, 108 or 109 for want of prosecution under ORCP 54 B(3) does not dismiss an administrative support order that was entered under ORS § 25.501 to 25.556 before the date of the dismissal where the parental parties involved in the judicial proceeding are the same as those affected by the administrative order of support.
