The Department of Justice shall adopt rules establishing a procedure by which a person authorized under federal law may access information in the Federal Parent Locator Service. [1997 c.746 § 22a; 2003 c.73 § 25]

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
