The Department of Justice shall enter into agreements regarding the identification of persons who are subject to the provisions of ORS § 25.750 to 25.783 and who hold licenses, certificates, permits or registrations with:

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission;
(2) All entities that issue licenses, certificates, permits or registrations that a person is required by state law to possess to engage in an occupation, profession or recreational hunting or fishing or to use a particular occupational or professional title; and
