The candidate‘s statement in a county voters’ pamphlet shall begin with a summary of the following: Occupation, educational and occupational background, and prior governmental experience. [1989 c.1031 § 14]

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 251.425

  • Candidate: means an individual whose name is or is expected to be printed on the official ballot. See Oregon Statutes 251.005
