(1) Statutes applicable to primary elections shall be construed as though the primary elections are separate elections for each major political party nominating candidates.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 254.025
- Major political party: means a political party that has qualified as a major political party under ORS § 248. See Oregon Statutes 254.005
