The trustees shall proceed at once to take, or cause to be taken, an inventory of all property of the district, its assets and liabilities, and shall sell the same as a whole or any part thereof upon such terms and conditions as the trustees deem advisable.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 261.720
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- district: means an incorporated people's utility district, created under the provisions of this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 261.010
- Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
