Revenue bonds, including refunding revenue bonds and bond anticipation notes issued under ORS § 268.600 to 268.660, shall be considered to be bonds or obligations of a political subdivision of the State of Oregon for the purposes of all laws of the state. [1977 c.95 § 14; 1987 c.623 § 5]
