At the end of each biennium, the Oregon Department of Administrative Services shall transfer from the Oregon Department of Administrative Services Operating Fund to the Capital Projects Fund established by ORS § 276.005 all revenue from the rental or lease of property described in ORS § 270.150 not expended for administration, taxes, repairs or improvements.
