The counties of the state are authorized to sell, convey, lease or exchange any or all county-owned lands chiefly suitable for grazing, to or with the state or each other and with the United States of America for other lands either of equal acreage or of equal value. All powers granted by this section to the several counties are in addition to and not in derogation of powers previously conferred by law. [Formerly 273.240; 1981 c.787 § 34]
