The object of ORS § 273.340 and 273.345 is to make available for settlement and development the lands to which the State of Oregon is entitled as indemnity and the remaining unsold state lands, and to make available for the Common School Fund the proceeds from the sale of such lands. [1967 c.421 § 70]
