At times determined by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, each state agency shall supply such information regarding its property, personal and real, and its personnel, budget and activities as the department shall require for risk control, insurance and claims purposes. The appraised value of the property shall be established by the department on the basis of present day replacement costs excluding the value of land. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 278.011
- agency: means each state branch, institution, department, board, commission or activity of whatever nature. See Oregon Statutes 278.005
- Department: means the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. See Oregon Statutes 278.005
- Property: means real and personal property as defined in this section, and any other property under the control of the state in which the state has an insurable interest as determined by the department. See Oregon Statutes 278.005
