If any provision of ORS § 28.200 to 28.255 or the application thereof to any person, court, or circumstance is held invalid the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of ORS § 28.200 to 28.255 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 28.200 to 28.255 are severable. [1983 c.103 § 10]
