Oregon Statutes 283.170 – Sale of steam heat to certain museums
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services may sell excess steam heat to a museum that is tax exempt under state and federal law where the steam can be delivered to the museum property without significant impact on the state steam heating system. The proceeds of the sale may be used to meet costs of the system without specific appropriation thereof. [1979 c.712 § 1]
