(1) No person shall drive, operate or use, or authorize or permit any person to drive, operate or use, any motor vehicle as defined in ORS § 283.305 for any purpose except for official state business as defined in ORS § 283.305 and by rule of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 283.395
- Department: means the Oregon Department of Administrative Services. See Oregon Statutes 283.010
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
